I ask that they not be sold for profit, but organizations and individuals can feel free to use them for educational and religious purposes and distribute them in a non-profit fashion.

Secondary works such as essays, glossaries, and comparison studies that are planned will be subject to normal copyright protection and also require explicit permission for reproduction.

Also, please do not include any text, translation or otherwise, that appears on Dharma Pearls to train AI tools, such as translators, chatbots, or any other machine learning application, without explicit permission to do so. This is an unauthorized reproduction of said original work. If any materials that appear on this website have already been included in a machine learning application in any way, please remove it immediately.

In general, it’s better to link to the original documents found at Dharma Pearls rather than copying them to other sites or applications because they will be subject to periodic revision and improvement. Copies made elsewhere will become obsolete over time.
